First Option: Studio Room ( for 1 person)

Price:

€1,200 for a minimum stay of 6 months
€1,350 for a minimum stay of 3 months

Room Overview:

The Studio room offers a spacious desk for focused work, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy box-spring bed for comfort. With thoughtful extras like a smart TV and high-speed wifi, it’s the perfect balance of productivity and relaxation.

A desk, smart TV, and air conditioning.
A fully equipped kitchenette (with or without dishwasher), fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
A bathroom with a barrier-free shower and “St. Charles Apothecary” toiletries.
A mattress (140×200 cm or 160×200 cm), coffee table, armchair, wardrobe, and safe.
High-speed wifi, Chromecast, Bluetooth radio, hair dryer, towels, and linen.
A NFC charging station for convenience.

Second Option: Shared Room (2 people)

Price:

€ 700 for a minimum stay of 6 months
€ 775 for a minimum stay of 3 months

Room Overview:

The Duplex for 2 people unit is the master studio on two levels. On the top level there are 2 beds with shelves. The ground ﬂoor offers enough space for living with a nice seating area and sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

A fully equipped kitchenette (with or without dishwasher), fridge with freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle.
A bathroom with a barrier-free shower and “St. Charles Apothecary” toiletries.
2 beds (90×200 cm), coffee table, armchair, wardrobe, and safe.
High-speed wifi, Chromecast, Bluetooth radio, hair dryer, towels, and linen.
A NFC charging station for convenience.

Booking & Payment Details

Minimum Stay: 3 months
Advance Payment: 3 months’ rent upfront
Reservation Fee: 150 EUR (non-refundable)
1000 Euro Deposito
