Program Accreditation
We are pleased to announce that its Bachelor of Engineering programs in Software Engineering, Cyber Security, and Digital Industrial Engineering have successfully achieved accreditation, confirming compliance with German higher education quality standards.
In addition, the B.Eng. Data Science & AI and Master of Engineering in Data Science & AI programs are currently undergoing accreditation and are expected to receive approval in October 2026, further expanding MUDT’s portfolio of future-focused technology degrees.

The quality of MUDT’s degree programs has been successfully evaluated and accredited by the Zentrale Evaluations- und Akkreditierungsagentur (ZEvA), one of Germany’s leading accreditation agencies. The accreditation confirms that our programs meet the rigorous academic and quality standards required for higher education in Germany.

Munich University of Digital Technologies & Applied Sciences (MUDT) is now officially listed in the HRK Hochschulkompass, Germany’s official higher education portal maintained by the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK). The listing confirms MUDT as a state-recognized private University of Applied Sciences and provides prospective students with verified information about the university and its accredited study programs.
Being included in the Hochschulkompass increases MUDT’s national and international visibility and ensures that students, institutions, and partners can access official information through Germany’s central higher education database.
