MUDT - Where Innovation Meets Education
The Birth of Hochschule für Digitale Technologien München (MUDT)
In a world where technology is reshaping every aspect of our lives, Hochschule für Digitale Technologien München (MUDT) was founded with a vision to bridge the gap between education and the evolving demands of the digital era. MUDT was born out of a desire to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in an increasingly digital world, where engineering and technological innovation hold the key to future opportunities.
The establishment of MUDT was made possible through the great efforts of Prof. Dr. Wolfram Hahn, a distinguished figure in the education sector with extensive experience as the rector of several universities in Germany and the Founding Managing Director of the Association of Private Universities. Driven by his passion for advancing higher education, Prof. Dr. Hahn envisioned MUDT as an institution that provides a hands-on, practical approach to education, focusing on B.Sc. Engineering programs designed to meet the needs of the modern workforce.
MUDT’s founders were guided by the belief that students deserve an education that is not only academically rigorous but also deeply connected to the needs of industries that are transforming our society. By fostering a community where students can experiment, innovate, and develop new technologies, MUDT seeks to empower the next generation of digital pioneers who will shape the future.
